What is your donation policy?

SHOE SHOW, INC. considers requests from organizations that are tax exempt under Sections 501[c] (3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Contribution activities are managed at our corporate office located in Concord, NC.  
Contributions will not be made to:
- Individual causes
- Fundraising events such as walk-a-thons, auctions, raffles, tournaments, pageants, sponsorships,door prizes, etc.
- Festivals, parties, etc.
- Incentive-type programs
- Goodwill advertising
- Building programs, real estate purchases, bus purchases, etc.

Organizations that meet our guidelines must follow the procedure below to apply for a donation:
- Request must be submitted in writing (60 days prior to the donation’s due date) to:     
    SHOE SHOW, INC./Attn: Donations / PO Box 648 / Concord, NC / 28026
- Request must include name, phone number of organization and contact person
- Explanation of the organization
- Explanation of how proposed funding will be used and results to be accomplished
- Copy of IRS tax-exempt certification
- Organization making the request must mail the information to our corporate office at the above-mentioned address and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
- Our store personnel will not forward the information to the corporate office

What is the return policy for website purchases?

Website purchases may be returned to any of our retail stores or mailed (postage paid) to our Distribution Center.  Refunds are allowed on unworn merchandise if you present the packing slip, original box and positive identification.  Refunds will be placed on the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase.  To find the store nearest you, visit our store locator page.  Visit for detailed merchandise return information.

What if I have a tax-exempt status?

If you have tax-exempt status, please contact our Special Orders department at 704-782-4143 and they will assist you in completing your order. You may also choose to place the order through our website, pay the sales taxes and then contact your state sales-tax department to obtain a refund for those sales taxes paid.

What are your shipping charges and delivery times?

Our shipping rates and delivery times are detailed during the checkout process and are based on the individual order. Standard shipping is available at no cost for orders over $49.95 pre-tax (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Please contact UPS or USPS to obtain an estimated delivery time.  The method of shipment is referenced on your order shipment email.

If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not to be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.  

Do you offer Site-to-Store Shipping?

At this time we do not offer site-to-store shipping on website purchases; however, we do offer several shipping methods which can be viewed in detail during the checkout process. Orders over $49.95 (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are eligible for free standard shipping. Please contact UPS or USPS to obtain an estimated delivery time. The method of shipment is referenced on your order shipment email.  If you are unable to accept shipment to a physical address, you may place a Special Order with our company and have that shipped to the store nearest you. Can I search handbags and accessories online?

We do offer select styles of handbags and accessories online.

Can I purchase a gift card online and have it shipped to someone?


Can an item purchased online be returned to either a SHOE SHOW or SHOE DEPT. location?

You may return any item purchased from one of our divisions to any of our retail stores. The store will handle the return just as if you had made the purchase from that store. Refunds or exchanges are provided on unworn merchandise with positive ID, original box and phone number. To find the store nearest you, visit our store locator page.

Can an item purchased at a SHOE SHOW location be returned to a SHOE DEPT. location?

If your purchase was made at a SHOE DEPT. location, any of our SHOE DEPT. locations will be able to assist you with your return. If the purchase was made at a SHOE SHOW location, it should be returned to another SHOE SHOW.
