With the help from Bob and Carolyn Tucker, Baptist Children’s Homes will be able to expand their outreach to those in need across North Carolina through The Bob and Carolyn Tucker Greater Vision Ministry Center.  The Tucker Family was able to provide sufficient funds to help build the new outreach center that will include services aiding families in need, feeding programs, health and preventive programs, and educational classes to strengthen families.  The funds will also provide renovations and restorations for two other facilities located at the Mills Home campus in Thomasville, NC.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on Monday, June 27 at BCH’s Mills Home campus.  Carolyn Tucker explained, “In the business world, my husband Bob is interested in Return on Investment. We may never see, this side of heaven, the return on investment, that God and the faithful produce here at the Baptist Children’s Home. I have come to trust that they are very faithful stewards of your gifts.” She also described how BCH met the family’s guidelines for giving through select Bible verses, as well as thanking all those who made the day so memorable.
