| Returns |
Customer Return Policy Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the merchandise for a full refund. We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or a manufacturer's defect. For our holiday shoppers, it might be difficult to return merchandise within 30 days. We will accept returns purchased between November 1 and December 31 until February 1.
Merchandise Return Options
Returns to one of our stores Refunds or exchanges are provided on unworn merchandise with positive ID and phone number. Bring the Internet Store Return Instructions and the Packing List with you as the store will use these as a receipt. Find a store near you.
Mail Returns
- Use a strong carton, secured with tape.
- Enclose the packing slip and the merchandise return form included with your order. Retain the customer's copy for your records. Again, if the return is our fault or a manufacturer's defect, we will also refund the shipping cost.
- Apply the return label. Please affix the appropriate postage. The package will not be delivered without postage.
- Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. returns.
- We will do everything possible to expedite the handling of your return. Please allow us sufficient time to receive and inspect the merchandise and follow your instructions correctly.
- We will notify you via E-mail of the return and refund once it is processed.
